In this role, you’ll drive commercial success, elevate guest experiences, and cultivate motivated, high-performing store teams who deliver exceptional service and results. You’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable retail moments while ensuring financial and operational excellence across your area. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple retail locations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets. Take full accountability for sales, profit, and stock performance within your area. Identify opportunities, implement trading initiatives, and ensure delivery against key KPIs. Use a hands-on coaching approach to build confident, high-performing leaders through structured training and on-the-job development.
