Job Description : CHIEF EPMO QATAR one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Middle East, headquartered in Qatar, with a strong footprint across the GCC and select international markets. The group operates as an integrated holding company, with core businesses spanning construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development, industrial services, hospitality, and PPP/EPC-led projects Job Description Develop and implement enterprise project management strategies and policies. Setting up and running a centralized Enterprise PMO Governing strategic project portfolios across multiple sectors and geographies Driving end-to-end lifecycle control, not just reporting or dashboards Operating at both strategic and execution levels within large, complex organizations Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, coordinating and tracking progress across legal, finance, funding, commercial, contractual, and delivery teams Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks and performance objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Chief EPMO should have: A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in the energy and natural resources industry, particularly within construction or EPC industry Strong leadership and organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly operational, with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle from strategic opportunity qualification and investment evaluation, through governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio oversight, to execution, delivery, and close-out.
