Key Responsibilities: Government Relations: Act as the primary interface with senior government officials, local bodies, and regulatory agencies (e.g., Municipal Corporation, Fire Department). Approvals & Permits: Obtain, renew, and manage necessary licenses, NOCs, and clearances for projects & ongoing operations. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to state, national and local industry specific laws. Land & Title Verification: Manage land records, title clearances, property documentation. 2. Administration & Office Management: Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Facility Management: Maintain office facilities, equipment and infrastructure. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery. Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date company records, files, and correspondence. 3. Strategic Management & Coordination: Planning: Develop annual administrative plans, budgets, and operational strategies. Internal Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on administrative and liaison activities for senior management. Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between departments, stakeholders, or with external authorities. 4. Leadership: Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff, including security, housekeeping, and front-desk personnel. Performance Management: Set goals, evaluate performance, and delegate tasks to administrative staff. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a relevant field. An MBA is often preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience in liaison, administration, or a similar managerial role, with significant experience in dealing with government authorities. Networking skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-solving: Ability to handle complex situations and find solution to bottlenecks in approval processes. Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of local, state, and national laws. Leadership & Delegation: Capable of leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
