QC Manager

Job Description : QC Manager – Flexible Packaging Location: Amghara,Kuwait Industry: Flexible Packaging We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and manage all quality-related activities in our flexible packaging manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to build a positive, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities • Manage and control all QC activities across flexible packaging operations • Responsible for all testing and documentation requirements • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 standards • Oversee in-process and finished product quality checks • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Prepare quality reports and analyze data for continuous improvement • Coordinate internal and external audits • Maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and records • Foster a respectful, healthy, and motivational work environment • Train and guide QC team members Required Skills & Experience • In-depth knowledge of flexible packaging manufacturing processes ( 15 years ) • Strong hands-on experience in QC within a flexible packaging plant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills • Creative thinker with an improvement mindset
