FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER Location: Muscat, Oman Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10–15 Years Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager with 10–15 years of progressive experience to oversee all financial operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure robust financial governance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of translating complex financial data into actionable business insights, managing a high-performing team, and supporting executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and board-level dashboards Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements Lead internal and external audit coordination Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and process improvements Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth Partner with department heads on cost management and business performance Support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and investor relations as needed Qualifications & Requirements Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) OR Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com with 10–15 years of relevant experience Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial finance role Proven expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance
