Job Description : Head of Sales – Indian Sub Continent (B2B FMCG) We are partnering with a globally integrated, innovation-led B2B food ingredients organization to appoint a Head of Sales – ISC, a mission-critical role shaping the commercial future of a high-growth cluster. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this leader will own the entire commercial agenda—from strategy and revenue acceleration to capability building and market expansion—while operating within a robust global operating framework. Full ownership of sales strategy, revenue, and market growth Opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact B2B sales organization Direct influence on portfolio strategy, innovation, and customer solutions Strong mandate to drive digital enablement, governance, and performance excellence High visibility role with board-level and global stakeholder exposure Senior sales leaders from B2B FMCG / Food Ingredients / Food & Beverage Proven track record in institutional / solution-led selling Experience leading large teams, complex customers, and matrixed environments Leaders who combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution rigor Location: Pune Compensation: Up to ?2 Cr (aligned to scale, impact, and experience)
