Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – EAST AFRICA | FRENCH SPEAKING, AFRICAN MARKET EXPERIENCE** We’re supporting a well-established business in East Africa with the appointment of a General Manager to lead a multi-site operation. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for overall performance, team leadership, and day-to-day operations within a growing, well-backed business. We’re keen to speak with experienced senior leaders who have run complex operations, ideally in automotive, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or similar environments. FRENCH FLUENCY IS ESSENTIAL. Previous experience working in Africa or similar emerging markets would be a strong advantage.
