Job Description : GM PLASTIC TANZANIA Lead blow & injection molding plant operations; manage production planning, process setting, troubleshooting, quality checks, OEE/scrap control, preventive maintenance, RM/utilities cost control, team supervision, training, safety & 5S compliance. 20+ yrs in plastics manufacturing with 5+ yrs as Plant Head/GM; hands-on Blow + Injection Molding; Plastic Technologist/B.Tech/M.Tech (Plastics/Polymer/Mech) preferred; 5S/Kaizen/TPM exposure.
