Job Description : Production Manager ???? Location: Angola, Central Africa ???? Industry: Dairy ????Experience: 10+Years ???? Age Limit: Max 40 Years ???? Key Responsibilities ? Manage end-to-end production operations for UHT Milk, UHT Cream, Fruit Juice, Mayonnaise, and Yoghurt manufacturing. ? Plan and achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. ? Oversee installation, commissioning, and optimization of dairy and beverage production lines. ? Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, and GMP. ? Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ? Coordinate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations. ? Lead, train, and supervise production teams to maintain operational excellence and productivity. ? Support new product development, process improvements, and expansion projects, preferably with African market exposure and Portuguese communication ability.
