Our client is growing fast and needs a results?driven leader to run end?to?end factory operations while keeping quality, customers, and efficiency front and centre. What You’ll Lead: Full factory operations: production, packaging, warehousing, logistics Smart production planning, waste reduction & continuous improvement Food safety & quality (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000) Team leadership, performance management & building a strong culture Budget control, KPI tracking (OEE, output, wastage, downtime) OHSA compliance & sustainability initiatives What You Bring: Degree in Ops Management/Industrial Engineering/Food Tech 18+ years in FMCG food manufacturing (cereals/snacks/bakery = bonus) Strong leadership + excellent problem?solving ERP/MRP experience Customer?focused with strong communication skills
