Job Description : National Sales Manager – Luxury Retail & Distribution Savings USD 5000 PM ???? Caribbean ????? Industry: Luxury Watches | Perfumes | Eyewear ???? Pan Caribbean Mandatory Requirement: Experience in the Optical / Eyewear Retail industry, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium brands, is compulsory. Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 15+ years experience in luxury / optical distribution network /premium retail or optical distribution Strong exposure to create and execute sales strategy & execution Experience handling RBMs / ZSMs / regional teams Background in watches, perfumes, eyewear, or lifestyle brands preferred Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets & P&L ownership
