We’re looking for a hands?on COO who understands that strong operations start inside the kitchen. ???? Who We’re Looking For An F&B operations leader who: ? Has strong Food & Beverage and large?scale kitchen management experience ? Has managed central kitchens / industrial kitchens / multi?location food operations ? Has led large blue?collar workforces across shifts and sites ? Is comfortable being on the kitchen floor, not just in meetings ? Drives food quality, hygiene, cost control, and execution discipline ???? What You’ll Own * End?to?end F&B and kitchen operations across locations * Manpower productivity, shift planning & performance * Food quality, taste consistency, hygiene & compliance * Cost control, wastage reduction & supply chain efficiency * Working closely with promoters to scale sustainably ? Ideal Background Senior operations leadership in hospitality, catering, food services, QSR, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, or institutional catering, with proven high?volume kitchen exposure.
