20 yearsJob Description : CFO DRC Upto USD 10K Project Budgeting & Forecasting Develop and manage budgets for multiple construction projects. Forecast cash flow needs and monitor actual vs. projected costs. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Report on project profitability, cost variances, and financial risks. Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to local tax laws, IFRS/GAAP standards, and internal controls. Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors. Cost Control & Analysis Track direct and indirect construction costs. Analyze cost overruns and recommend corrective actions. Contract & Risk Management Review financial terms in contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor financial exposure and mitigate risks tied to project delays or disputes. Team Leadership Supervise accounting staff and site-level finance teams. Implement ERP systems and improve financial workflows. ???? Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certifications: CA, is a Must Experience: 12 years in finance, with at least 3–5 years in construction or project-based industries. Skills: Strong command of cost accounting and project finance. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or construction-specific tools like Procore). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
