Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager | Shipping & Logistics Expert | CPA/CA/ACCA for our office in IVCAre you a strategic finance leader with a passion for the shipping and logistics industry? We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our Accounts Department and drive financial excellence across our regional operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between regional strategy and local execution, reporting functionally to the Regional Finance Head and organizationally to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities: Financial Integrity: Oversee accurate books of accounts in compliance with statutory and accounting guidelines (IFRS). Audit & Compliance: Lead statutory audits to completion without qualifications and manage Direct/Indirect tax compliance. Revenue & Cash Flow: Manage collections, billing, and vendor payments (including port authorities) while optimizing cash flow and bank relationships. Strategic Reporting: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and provide high-level management reports for Board presentations. Team Leadership: Manage a multi-cultural, hybrid finance team (onsite and offsite) with a focus on SOP development and HR/payroll coordination. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 10+ years as a Finance/Accounts Manager (Shipping line/agency experience is a major plus!). Qualifications: Qualified CPA, CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance. Expertise: Deep understanding of IFRS, local and international tax laws, and Transfer Pricing (TP) regulations. Liaison: Proven track record in managing relationships with Big 5 accounting firms and banking institutions. Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, ability to work under pressure, and a conflict-management mindset. Mobility: Flexibility to relocate and work in various locations across the Middle East and Africa. Why Join Us?
