Location: East Africa | Extensive Regional Travel We are looking for a high-performance FMCG Sales Leader to build and scale our Salt Business across Tanzania and export markets. This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage sales — but builds markets, appoints distributors, and delivers volumes. ???? Key Mandate: *Own & deliver Sales Volume (MT) and Revenue Targets *Build distribution network (Super Stockists / Distributors / B2B) *Develop GT market across urban & rural regions *Set up warehousing & logistics structure *Recruit & lead a strong on-ground sales team ???? Ideal Profile: 20 years in FMCG / Food / Edible Salt Proven experience in market creation & distribution expansion Strong exposure to volume-driven sales model Africa experience preferred Field-oriented & execution-focused mindset This is a build-from-ground-up opportunity with full ownership and leadership visibility.
