Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) INDIA Industry: Pipes & Tubes Manufacturing (All types of PVC Pipes) Location: As per company operations Reporting to: Board of Directors / Promoters Role Overview The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and entrepreneurial leadership to drive rapid and sustainable growth of the company. The role requires deep industry expertise in pipes and tubes manufacturing, strong market expansion capabilities, and the ability to scale operations, profitability, and brand presence in domestic and international markets. The CEO will act as the key decision-maker, align organizational goals with market opportunities, and build a high-performance leadership team to support aggressive growth plans. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap. Identify new markets (domestic & export), applications, and customer segments to accelerate revenue growth. Drive diversification into new products, grades, specifications, or value-added offerings. Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or strategic alliances where relevant. Business Development & Market Expansion Expand export markets and strengthen global presence. Monitor industry trends, pricing, competition, and raw material dynamics to stay ahead of the market. Operations & Manufacturing Excellence Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimization. Implement lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure capacity expansion planning aligns with market demand. Financial & Commercial Management Drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and cash flow optimization. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, capital allocation, and cost controls. Ensure strong working capital management and return on investment (ROI). Leadership & Organization Building Build, mentor, and lead a strong senior management team. Foster a performance-driven, entrepreneurial, and accountability-based culture. Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives. KPIs Revenue and profitability growth Market share expansion New market/product launches Operational efficiency and cost reduction Capacity utilization and quality benchmarks Employee engagement and leadership depth Candidate Profile Minimum 20 years of experience in the pipes and tubes manufacturing industry or closely related sectors. Proven track record of scaling manufacturing businesses and driving rapid growth. Strong exposure to domestic and international markets. Preferred age range: 45–55 years Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership style Strong strategic thinking and execution capability Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and raw materials and PVC market.
