Job Description : Project Head -Building Projects DUBAI UAE -Must be presently available in Dubai Experience: 15-20 years Education Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) Key Responsibility •Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans in coordination with planning and engineering teams, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. •Allocate resources efficiently, managing manpower, materials, and machinery to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness. •Control project budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. •Oversee billing, collections, and project revenue management to ensure financial targets are achieved and maintained. •Engage with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project. •Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, proactively addressing project challenges, delays, and compliance issues. •Conduct regular site inspections and audits, enforcing adherence to quality assurance protocols, environmental guidelines, and safety standards. •Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly reports using project management tools and electronic document control systems for internal leadership and external stakeholders. •Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to build a high-performance work culture.
