18 yearsJob Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) INDUSTRY: FOOD MANUFACTURING Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for leading and transforming operations, driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and delivering a full business turnaround within a manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take full ownership of operational performance and lead the turnaround of the business, restoring profitability and sustainable growth. • Lead manufacturing operations including production supervision, quality operations, and facilities. • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and wastage reduction. • Design, implement, and monitor turnaround strategies, KPIs, and performance dashboards. • Establish strong systems, SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks. • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. • Perform any other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 18+ years’ experience in a senior operations leadership role within food manufacturing. • Proven track record of business turnaround, restructuring, or operational transformation. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety, and regulatory compliance. • Strong commercial leadership with accountability for operational performance.
