Experience Required: 10+ Years We are hiring a Finance Controller for a leading FMCG & Beverage company in Zambia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, plant finance, compliance, and business partnering. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead monthly & annual financial closing ? Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements ? Drive budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis ? Oversee inventory, COGS & working capital management ? Ensure compliance with IFRS & Zambian tax regulations ? Strengthen internal controls & governance ? Partner with Sales, Supply Chain & Operations teams ???? Ideal Candidate: ? CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA preferred ? 7–12 years of finance experience (FMCG/manufacturing preferred) ? Strong ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics) ? Experience in inventory & plant finance ????
