Job Description : HR Manager – Retail Industry – Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance across multiple retail outlets. Key Responsibilities: -Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail workforce -Drive bulk hiring & manpower planning -Implement performance management frameworks -Handle employee relations & compliance with UAE Labor Law -Partner with store leadership for productivity & engagement Requirements: 10 years HR experience (Retail preferred) -Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law -Experience managing blue & white-collar workforce ???? Salary: AED 18,000 – 26,000/month
