Job Description : VICE PRESIDENT COMMERCIAL SINGAPORE a world-renowned petrochemical company. They also prioritize environmentally responsible practices. · Identify and initiate capital investment proposals and manage new business development projects (greenfield and brownfield). · Develop strategies for market expansion, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities. · Prepare and present investment proposals, ensuring financial viability and compliance with regulatory requirements. · Lead stakeholder engagement, including customers, vendors, regulators, and internal teams. · Manage projects through stage-gate processes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. · Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and relationship management. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. · 18 years of commercial and business development experience in petroleum, petrochemical, or related industries. · Strong understanding of financial models, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics. · Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex projects. · Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
