Job Description : ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER UAE 8 years of Experience Required 20,000 – 25,000 AED Medical Insurance | Performance based bonus Location:Abu Dhab Job Duties and Responsibilities: · The candidate must be fluent in English. · Immediately available to join the job. · Develop operational and strategic business plans. · Preparation of reports daily, weekly, and monthly. · Preparation of sales analysis, food, and beverage cost reports, monthly management accounts. · Annual budget preparation as per business unit with quarterly updated rolling forecasts. · Ensure all businesses and assets under your control are at all times properly insured through a reputable insurance company. · Strive to build a team culture by working together with the respective business. · Department heads in support of their strategies to achieve the business plan. · Provide leadership to your finance team members. · Overseeing and control of the purchasing department. · Use industry experience and initiative to identify areas for cost-cutting and/or revenue improvement. · Keep track and ensure on-time vendor correspondence. · Prepare a report on any variances to the concerned department heads. · Assist financial Controller with completing the year-end audit process. · Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. · The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
