Industry: Fleet / Heavy Vehicles / Machinery 10-15 Years experience We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and manage our Motor Pool & Fleet Operations, ensuring high standards of vehicle maintenance, cost control, and team performance. ???? Key Expertise Required ? Expert diagnostics & technical support for Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz (Atego & Axor), FAW, Hino ? Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, braking & electrical systems ? Ability to guide technicians on best repair and maintenance practices ???? Key Responsibilities • Overall supervision of workshop & motor pool operations • Team leadership: hiring, training, performance management • Preventive & corrective maintenance planning • Fleet management systems, inventory, fuel & parts control • Budgeting, cost control & financial planning • Ensuring compliance with safety, legal & regulatory standards • Coordination with internal departments and external agencies ????
