Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER KSA 10-15 years experience The Production Manager oversees daily blending operations for industrial cleaning solvents, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. The role requires strong technical understanding of chemical processes, quality control, and plant operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise blending, filling, and packaging operations to meet production targets. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, chemical handling standards, and environmental regulations. Optimize batch formulations, mixing parameters, and process workflows for consistent product quality. Coordinate with procurement, QC, and logistics teams to maintain raw material availability and smooth dispatch. Monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime. Maintain production records, batch sheets, and compliance documentation. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs. Train and guide operators on SOPs, safety, and process best practices. Qualifications & Skills B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Strong understanding of solvents, surfactants, and industrial cleaning formulations. Knowledge of ISO standards, HSE practices, and chemical plant operations. Leadership, problemsolving, and processoptimization mindset.
