Job Description : Production Manager – Meat Value Added Plant ???? Location: Nairobi, Kenya ???? Budget: USD 2,500 per month We are hiring a Production Manager to lead meat value-added operations, ensuring efficient production, food safety compliance, cost control, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily production, yields, and waste control. * Oversee value-added processing (marinating, forming, cooking, slicing, packing). * Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO/BRC, and food safety standards. * Lead, train, and supervise production teams. * Coordinate equipment, maintenance, and process improvements. Requirements: ? Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Meat Science, or related field ? 5–8 years in food/meat processing, 3+ years in leadership ? Knowledge of chilled/frozen value-added meat operations ? Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
