Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR NYC USA Director of Finance Salary: $220,000 - $230,000 Our client is a hospitality organization that owns and operates a portfolio of thoughtfully curated hotels, delivering distinctive guest experiences across select-service and lifestyle properties. They are currently seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations for a luxury hotel in New York City, playing a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial leadership. This role offers the opportunity to support an iconic, service-driven property within a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership and ownership Oversee the general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and strong internal controls.
