20 yearsJob Description : GM HR & IR Manager for an Engineering Company in Casablanca Morocco Salary will depend on Experience & Qualification Role Overview The HR & IR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions for the company’s operations in Morocco. The role focuses on workforce planning, statutory compliance, employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations in line with local labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company and local regulations Support manpower planning for engineering projects, sites, and head office Manage training and development initiatives to build local talent and leadership capabilit Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures Manage union interactions (if applicable) and maintain harmonious industrial relations Ensure smooth handling of workforce issues at project sites Support management in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution Compliance & Local Labor Laws Ensure full compliance with Moroccan labor laws, social security, employment contracts, and statutory requirements Coordinate with legal advisors, labor offices, and government authorities Manage audits, inspections, and statutory reportin Expat & Local Workforce Management Manage expat employment, visas, work permits, and localization requirements Ensure effective integration of local and expatriate workforce Support payroll and compensation structuring in line with local norms HR Reporting & Systems Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and dashboards Support implementation and management of HR systems and tools
