It operates as part of the Eclosia Group, a major Mauritian conglomerate Job Description Define and steer the medium- and long?term commercial strategy Lead multi?segment sales teams (Modern Trade, Proximity Stores, Food Service) Manage strategic negotiations with purchasing groups and key accounts Ensure the achievement of commercial targets in a competitive environmen Coordinate commercial actions with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics department The Successful Applicant Key Requirements Education: Master's degree level (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalen Experience: 8-10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG/retail sector, with proven senior management or commercial leadership experienc Commercial Expertise: Strong negotiation and communication skills, solid understanding of FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and distribution channel Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, BI, market intelligence) and strong business/result orientation Operational Skills: Project management abilities, ability to work cross?functionally, and possession of a valid driving licence..
