Job Description Drive end-to-end project execution, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams. Engage key stakeholders to gather requirements, address priorities, and implement communication plans that ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Build and lead effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at mid to senior levels, providing strong governance and confident decision-making under pressure. Manage project financials, including cost negotiations, budget control, resource efficiency, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting, and to measure realised benefits post-implementation. Deliver clear and regular project status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, outlining progress, risks, issues, and recommended actions. Lead change management initiatives, including training and stakeholder engagement, to support adoption and successful delivery of outcomes. The Successful Applicant A strong background in project management within the logistics or retail industry. Possess minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Analytical skills to assess project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
