Turnaround Site Execution Manager

Job Description : Turnaround Site Execution Manager QATAR Leading the execution team for turnaround maintenance activities of oil & gas static equipment like air fan coolers, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, reactors, heaters, tanks, boilers, piping repair jobs, etc. Preferred candidate profile Turnaround Site Execution Manager shall have B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least Fifteen (15) years related experience in Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industry, with good command of English, both spoken and written. He shall be experienced in managing execution of turnaround maintenance activities of oil & gas static equipment like air fan coolers, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, reactors, heaters, tanks, boilers, piping repair jobs, etc. Experience in managing maintenance of Reactors/Regenerators and other equipment in Refinery CCR Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit is preferred. He shall have experience in managing large Teams and sub-contractors during turnaround events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. He must have recent experience as a TA Site Execution manager in at least six (6) large scale turnarounds in different areas.
