Role Mission The Director of Logistics will strategically manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. The role focuses on improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to customers. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory • Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency • Manage relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and external suppliers • Oversee logistics teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company policies • Plan and control inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock • Ensure compliance with local and international logistics, transport, and safety regulations • Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery efficiency, logistics costs, cycle time, and customer satisfaction • Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Purchasing teams for integrated logistics planning
