20 yearsJob Description : Export Head Location :Angola, Central Africa To establish and scale the company’s export business for canned energy drinks across selected African markets, driving market entry, distributor partnerships, revenue growth, and profitability. • Develop and execute export strategy and country rollout plan for African markets. • Identify and prioritize high-potential countries and channels. • Define route-to-market models (distributors, agents, partnerships). • Appoint, manage, and grow distributor and partner network. • Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing frameworks. • Build strong relationships with key regional customers. • Own export P&L including revenue, volume, margins, and working capital. • Set annual targets, budgets, and forecasts. • Drive sustainable growth and profitability. • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in international sale/ export of beverages / FMCG • Proven experience selling Beverages, strong distributor management and negotiation skills • Proven experience in launching brands in African Markets • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a Exports Business
