20 yearsJob Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD ZIMBABWE a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lead the oilseed procurement and edible oil sales operations in Zimbabwe. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial value chain — from sourcing oilseeds to selling processed oil — ensuring profitability, supply continuity, and market expansion. Lead procurement of oilseeds from local and regional markets Drive sales of edible oil, managing institutional, trade, and bulk customers Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize margins and optimize supply-demand balance Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, aggregators, traders, and customers Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities Ensure effective contract negotiation, execution, and risk management Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams for smooth execution Manage working capital, inventory planning, and profitability targets Drive business growth and expand market share in the region Skills and Experience 12 years of relevant experience in oilseed procurement and/or edible oil trading/sales Strong understanding of agri-commodity markets and value chain dynamics Proven commercial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibility Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in African markets will be an advantage MBA from a premier institute (mandatory
