Job Description : Retail Manager UAE This is for Designed Fashion outfit This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Core responsibilities include meeting sales targets, fostering a positive team environment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the boutique offers an excellent shopping experience. Additionally, the Retail Manager will develop strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and enhance store performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and effectively address their needs. Proven ability ( 15 years ) to ensure Customer Satisfaction through delivering high-quality, personalized service experiences. Experience in Team Management, including training, coaching, and leading teams to achieve performance goals. Proficiency in driving Sales growth and achieving retail targets. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems are highly valuable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in high-end or luxury retail is an advantage.
