We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the operations of a fast-growing, multi-branch supermarket chain in Abuja. This position requires a goal-oriented executive with proven expertise in driving profitability, optimizing operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple supermarket branches - Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion - Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability across all locations - Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and operational teams - Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives - Maintain exceptional customer service standards and strengthen brand reputation - Oversee inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and loss prevention - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Requirements - Minimum of 18 years’ experience in supermarket or retail management, with multi-branch oversight preferred - Proven track record as a business strategist and operational leader - Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities - Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis - Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven mindset - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
