Financial Director

Job Description : Financial Director – Dubai, UAE ???? A well-established organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead its finance function and support strategic growth across the business. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, governance expertise, and the ability to partner with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all financial operations, reporting & controls across the organisation • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives • Drive budgeting, forecasting & long-term financial planning processes • Provide commercial insights to support decision-making at Board and Executive level • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, IFRS & internal governance standards • Manage cash flow, working capital & capital allocation effectively • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team • Oversee audits, tax matters, and relationships with external advisors and banks • Support M&A activity, business expansion, and investment analysis where required Candidate Profile: • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) • Strong background in financial strategy, controls & commercial finance • Experience within the UAE is essential • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset
