This role offers a strategic opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of our retail network. Key Responsibilities: Drive operational standards and compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines Partner with Store Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards Lead, train, and develop high-performing store teams Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field 15+ years of multi-unit retail operations experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end menswear Proven record of achieving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment What We Offer: ????
