RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Job Description : RETAIL STORE MANAGER GHANA Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our supermarket branches. This is an entry-level position ideal for a young and ambitious individual with strong leadership potential and a sharp eye for detail. Youll be responsible for the overall operation of the store, from inventory management to staff coordination ensuring a seamless and customer-focused environment. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store Supervise store staff and schedule shifts Ensure proper stock management, cleanliness, and organization Monitor product displays and store presentation Track sales and report on performance Handle fundamental administrative and operational issues on the ground Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for supply and support Ensure excellent customer service and store discipline. Age: Must be under 30 Minimum 8 years experience, 2 years experience managing or working in a retail or supermarket environment (preferably in a leadership or supervisory role) Strong attention to detail is essential Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and store management systems is a plus Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Experience in grocery or FMCG retail Exposure to stock systems, POS tools, or inventory management.
