OPERATIONS LEAD

Job Description : OPERATIONS LEAD in Dubai (OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST) Main Responsibilities: . Managing all Supply Chain Operations . Planning, Coordinating and Monitoring all Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain activities . Preparation and presentation of regular Reports on the status of procurement and logistics to Senior Management . Training and mentorship of all staff on all aspects of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations . Preparation and formulation of innovative supply chain management strategies that would lead to increased efficiency . Analyzing and Optimizing Procurement and Logistical Procedures. . Ensuring full Compliance with All Regulations, Laws and Policies . Preparation of Policies, Safety Procedures, Risk Management Programs, And Supply Chain Processes as needed to enhance Procurement and Logistical Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness. . Assessment of the Financial Impact of procurement and purchasing Processes and proposing improvements to gain most favorable financial outcome for the Company . Assessment of the Financial Impact of Logistical Processes and Propose improvements to gain maximum in Terms of Routing, Transportation Modes, And Resources Whilst meeting client Requirements . Selection and coordination of capable and qualified and lower cost manufacturers and suppliers whilst meeting client specifications . Develop and perform audit and review process of current suppliers for compliance to terms, conditions, performance and engagement standards, risk identification and mitigation . Support generating new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics. .Continually Analyze Data, put forward Performance Modifications, and Implement Improvements
