Key Responsibilities Lead finance strategy, treasury, MIS, and profitability planning Drive investor relations, roadshows, analyst calls, and IPO readiness Ensure listed-company reporting and compliance (Excise, GST, Taxation) Manage banking, capital structure, and financial risk Partner with promoters and board; build strong finance & IR team Ideal Candidate CA with 20+ years in senior finance roles Strong Investor Relations + IPO/listed-company exposure Experience Only in Liquor / Alcohol / Alcobev / FMCG will be considered Excellent communication and capital markets understanding Confidential applications / references:
