Objective: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savy Financial Controller to lead the finance department, ensure financial data integrity, manage manufacturing costs (COGS), and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. ???? Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing finance including inventory valuation, raw material cost tracking & production variance analysis Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing processes Prepare accurate financial statements Ensure statutory & tax compliance Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets Supervise and guide the accounting team for timely and accurate reporting ???? Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics & Tally (Mandatory) Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) Excellent communication skills (ability to simplify financial data for non-financial stakeholders) Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with focus on operational efficiency ???? Candidate Requirements: Path A: Chartered Accountant (CA) 2–3 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing (Beverage preferred) Path B: MBA (Finance) or CMA Minimum 10 years of experience with significant exposure to manufacturing ?
