Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager ???? Location: Abidjan, West Africa ???? Industry: Steel Manufacturing & Trading ???? Key Responsibilities: • Ensure complete and accurate bookkeeping as custodian of books of accounts • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit & financial reporting (Bilan & Declarations) • Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance within due timelines • Manage working capital, liquidity, capital allocation & cash flow • Monthly MIS reporting including P&L, budgeting & analytical reports • Liaise with statutory, internal & external auditors • Ensure OHADA & French accounting standards compliance • Implement strong internal controls, governance & risk management systems • Drive investor relations & stakeholder transparency • Lead and develop high-performing finance teams ? Qualifications & Requirements: • Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Business (MBA/CA preferred) • Strong experience in steel manufacturing & trading • Expertise in OHADA, French accounting, Bilan & Tax Declarations • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 & Sage • Fluency in French (mandatory) • Strong background in M&A, capital raising & financial modeling • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
