Job Description : General Manager – Corporate Strategy INDIA @Bangalore/65L+/ MBA from Tier1/2 Institutes + relevant experience from a Tech Services org would be Ideal NOT looking from Captive GCC's/Banks/Consulting orgs. Not even from the consulting space of the services Orgs Role: As part of the Business Excellence group he/she would be reporting directly to the CEO and shape the team on corporate goals, benchmarks performance against competition, and translates insights into actionable strategies. The role is pivotal in steering the organization’s long-term direction, enabling strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment across functions. The role would cut across Strategic Planning & Execution, Growth & Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement AsK: Graduate and MBA with 15+years of experience in the technology services industry. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the corporate strategy function of technology services organizations. Strong understanding of financial and operational parameters of a technology business. Passion about new technologies and ambition to grow to a senior leadership position in the technology industry. Strong understanding of financial and operational levers of IT services businesses. Passion for emerging technologies and ambition to grow into senior leadership roles. Ability to challenge status quo, embrace ambiguity, and learn new concepts quickly. Excellent skills in data analysis, insight generation, and executive-level presentations.
