Job Description : Group FP&A Cost VP Level) | Immediate Joiners Preferred tenured Vice Presidents to join our Group FP&A Cost team and drive Group-level cost planning, outlook, and performance management across clusters and countries. ???? Key Responsibilities: ???? Manage OB Outlook & Actuals reporting at Group & Cluster level ???? Build cost performance narratives for senior management ???? Support Group FP&A in Outlook, Plan, and central overlays ???? Drive digitisation and simplification of reporting processes ???? Track FY outlook movements and perform flash & actuals analysis ???? Partner with Country FP&A teams on material cost movements ???? Own Corporate Plan cycles (Target Setting, CP, BR1, BR2) ???? Manage cost & headcount transfers, reconciliations, and messaging ???? Deliver ad-hoc analytics for senior leadership ?? Ensure governance, IFRS compliance, and strong risk & control discipline ???? Who should apply: ? Tenured VP-level candidates with strong Group FP&A experience ? Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills ? Deep understanding of P&L, cost analytics, and headcount dynamics ?
