Job Description : CONSTRUCTION PURCHASE MANAGER GHANA specialists in real estate development, land sales, design and build, general building, renovations and refurbishments in Ghana. Job Responsibility: Responsible for the complete purchasing cycle, planning, cash flow, delivery and logistic. Procure construction materials locally as well as importing from countries abroad like India and China. Develop and implement purchasing and contracts and formulate policies with suppliers. Responsible for acquiring best possible deals for the company, the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost to the company. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. Performing day-today administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Complete Store Management. Candidate Profile: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree. Should have experience in purchasing of project materials and civil materials. 5+ years of experience in building construction Industry. African experience is desirable. Status: Bachelor
