A fast-scaling manufacturing group in Nigeria is seeking a high-impact Commercial Manager with 8+ years of proven commercial and financial leadership. CA or MBA (Finance) is expected but strategic firepower is mandatory. This is a CEO-shadow role. You will work directly with the CEO, influence board-level decisions, drive commercial strategy, control financial architecture, and build long-term enterprise value. If you’ve: ? Built and executed aggressive growth strategies ? Owned P&L and driven margin expansion ? Structured financial planning for scale ? Operated at the intersection of strategy + execution ?
