Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD DUBAI UAE Tier One Main Contractor based in Dubai to hire an experienced Operations Director to oversee major building projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects exceeding AED 2 Billion in total value • Drive on-time, on-budget project delivery in line with company standards • Provide strategic direction to Project Directors and site teams • Monitor commercial performance, risk, and resource allocation • Proven experience overseeing AED 2 Billion+ worth of projects within a Tier One main contracting environment • Strong track record delivering large scale building projects in the UAE or GCC • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering preferred
