Job Description : Shop Managers – Qatar x 3 A leading multinational retail group is looking to recruit experienced Shop Managers to lead stores operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for a commercially driven retail leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs, targets, and profitability objectives Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities Ensure outstanding customer service and build long-term customer loyalty Oversee inventory management, stock control, transfers, and shrinkage Analyze sales data (hourly, daily, weekly) and manage replenishment and collection rotation Manage store image, visual standards, cleanliness, and maintenance Control budgets, monitor costs, and report variances Prepare staff schedules aligned with traffic, targets, and operational needs Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to maximize performance and engagement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 10+ years of retail experience Minimum 2 years in a managerial role Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills Proven leadership and team development capability Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Notice period of less than one month is a strong advantage If you are a results-oriented retail professional ready to take the next step in your career, please send your CV to:
