Director of Finance

Job Description : Director of Finance | South Pacific Resort to join one of the South Pacific’s most iconic family resorts. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee the resort’s full finance function, from financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and leading and mentoring a diverse, multi-cultural finance team. We are looking for a commercially astute finance leader with a comprehensive understanding of Australian and New Zealand financial systems, statutory compliance requirements, banking regulations, and financial legislation. Key requirements: ? Proven experience as a Director of Finance or a comparable senior finance leadership role within a full-service hotel or resort environment. ? Experience with IFRS reporting standards and Australian / New Zealand financial regulatory frameworks. ? Prior experience working in Australia and New Zealand is essential. ? Background in multi-entity hospitality organisations, including shared services structures. ? Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-cultural finance teams. ?Proven ability to partner effectively with executive stakeholders across the business to drive performance ?CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification advantageous. ????This is a ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? position.
