Industry: Lubricants / Oil & Gas / Automotive Our client, a rapidly expanding East Africa-based company in lubricants and automotive products, is looking for a commercially driven Sales / Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and B2B sales growth. ???? Key Requirements: ? 8+ years of experience in lubricants / oil & gas / automotive product sales ? Strong B2B sales & distributor network development experience ? Proven track record of achieving sales targets ? Experience handling fleets, garages, industrial or dealer clients ? Team leadership & business expansion capability ? Knowledge of ERP / Sage / Tally preferred ? Qualification: Commerce / Marketing / Business Management ? Africa experience will be a strong advantage ? Age: Below 47 years (as per client requirement)
